This total cost includes all fees for diagnostic records, treatment visits and appliances, one set of retainers and a year of retention visits following active treatment. All fees will be fully explained and there are no hidden or additional fees. As a service to our patients, we offer payments via online, automatic withdrawals, and credit card. Our patients have the added convenience of checking their account and appointments online.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and accept assignment of benefits. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a contract between you and your benefit provider and as such if benefits change or are unpaid, then the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges due. In cases of divorce, the custodial parent is financially responsible and should seek any reimbursement from the noncustodial parent.
