Booth Orthodontics is involved in supporting the following community, charitable and patient/family activities.

Community Service

  • Baseball/Softball Team Sponsors – Every year Booth Orthodontics sponsors 4 teams in Homer, Orland, Lockport and Lemont
  • Annual sponsor for Providence H.S. Harvest Days
  • Annual sponsor for Lockport H.S. Post Prom Lock In for safe after dance celebration.
  • Annual donation of graduation gift mugs for Lockport H.S. students.

Charitable Activities

  • Smile For A Lifetime Foundation – Booth Orthodontics started its own charitable foundation that donates orthodontic services to deserving children based on financial need. See the tab in our website for more information.
  • Marathon Running For Cancer – Dr. Booth, an avid runner, will run a marathon for sponsor donations and double match those sponsor donations. He has completed the Chicago Marathon for the American Cancer Society and the New York Marathon for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Institute.
  • Cell Phone For Soldiers – Every September thru December used cell phones are collected in our offices and donated for soldiers to call home over the holidays.

Patient/Family Events

  • Refer A Friend Contest – Every 3 months a drawing is held for any Care To Share cards collected, when one of our patients refers a friend to our office. The drawings are for great prizes like I pods, digital cameras, etc.
  • Visit Your Dentist Win a Pizza – Every 3 months a drawing is held for a free pizza when our patients return a business card with their dentist signature on the back when they are seen for their periodic cleaning during orthodontics.
  • Coffee Mugs for Grandparents – Any grandparent taking a patient to their orthodontic appointment is presented with a travel coffee mug with their choice of coffee or tea. What would we ever do without grandparents?
  • Booth Orthodontic T Shirt on Vacation Contest – Patients take the wackiest, vacation photo while wearing their Booth Orthodontics t-shirt, given to you when you get braces. We collect photos from June thru August every year and select our favorite three for awesome prizes.
  • Back To School Supplies – Every year we give out folders, pens and pencils to our student/patients during the month of August.
  • Mothers Day Surprise – Every year if you come in the week before Mother’s Day we have a floral surprise for your wonderful mother.
